If your order contains more than one item, it must be received or returned in full.

Refuse the entire package and place a new order for the items you wish to keep
Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In perfect condition

Returned with all original packaging and tags
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested item or size is in stock, an exchange may be processed

If unavailable, you may request a refund and place a new order
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, items cannot be added, removed, or modified.
If needed, the order can be cancelled, and a new order may be placed at your own responsibility.
Try-On at Delivery
You are allowed to try the item when the courier arrives.
If you decide not to keep it:

The entire package must be returned

Applicable shipping fees will apply
Partial handover is not permitted.
