Shipping Timeline

Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.


Full Package Policy

If your order contains more than one item, it must be received or returned in full.

  • Partial delivery is not allowed

  • Partial return is not allowed

You may choose one of the following options:


Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In perfect condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the requested item or size is in stock, an exchange may be processed

  • If unavailable, you may request a refund and place a new order


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, items cannot be added, removed, or modified.

If needed, the order can be cancelled, and a new order may be placed at your own responsibility.


Try-On at Delivery

You are allowed to try the item when the courier arrives.

If you decide not to keep it:

  • The entire package must be returned

  • Applicable shipping fees will apply

Partial handover is not permitted.


Important Notice

All orders must be fully received or fully returned.
Partial handover or selective acceptance is not allowed under any circumstances.
